Terms & Conditions
Rapid Auto Protection offers optional MBI coverage to help protect you from the high costs of unexpected repairs to your vehicle’s covered mechanical components. This coverage is separate from your standard auto insurance policy and is subject to additional terms and conditions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for MBI coverage, your vehicle must meet the following criteria:

Claims Process
To file a claim under your MBI policy, you must follow these steps:
- Contact Rapid Auto Protection: Notify us of the breakdown by calling (718) 713-8197.
- Authorization: We will review your claim and may authorize repairs at a qualified repair facility within our network.
- Repair and Payment: The authorized repair facility will contact you to schedule repairs. You may be responsible for a deductible depending on your plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your MBI coverage at any time by contacting Rapid Auto Protection. Cancellation fees may apply.
